本报讯 （记者 张毅）3月26日，具有目前世界最快速度的轧机——太钢新建不锈钢冷轧光亮线轧机过钢试车，进入最后调试阶段。

  作为太钢“十二五”产品结构调整的重点工程，太钢新建不锈钢冷轧光亮线拥有多项世界之最：轧机速度 1200米/分钟，板幅宽度1650mm，设计年产量13万吨。该项目采用当今世界最先进的低碳技术，与原有生产线相比，光亮炉在氢气和脱脂液使用上大约可减少40%～60%的消耗，可实现成本最低。

　该轧机由法国DMS公司生产，可生产宽度1650mm、厚度0.2mm~1.5mm的高品质不锈钢光亮板，填补国内宽幅BA板空白。经过两个月左右的调试，该轧机将正式投入生产，形成年产13万吨高品质不锈钢光亮板的能力，为太钢新增2亿元销售收入。

(Reporter Zhang Yi) On March 26, TISCO's newest stainless steel cold-rolled bright-line rolling mill, which has the world's fastest rolling mill, was put into trial operation and entered the final commissioning stage.

   As the key project of TISCO's "12th Five-Year Plan" product structure adjustment, TISCO's new stainless steel cold-rolled bright line has many of the world's best: rolling mill speed of 1200 m / min, plate width of 1,650 mm, and designed annual output of 130,000 tons. This project uses the most advanced low-carbon technology in the world today. Compared with the original production line, the bright furnace can reduce the consumption of hydrogen and degreasing liquid by about 40% to 60%, which can achieve the lowest cost.

The rolling mill is produced by French DMS company, which can produce high-quality stainless steel bright plates with a width of 1650mm and a thickness of 0.2mm ~ 1.5mm, filling the gap of domestic wide BA plates. After about two months of commissioning, the rolling mill will be formally put into production, forming an annual output of 130,000 tons of high-quality stainless steel bright plates, and an additional 200 million yuan in sales revenue for TISCO.
